Albondon, Spain

Is a small village an hour away from Almeria where i often travel to since i only have to pay my ticket and stay for free, thanks to my boyfriends mum whose is building a house there which is still under construction. Albondon is a typical traditional Spanish village called (Los Pueblos Blancos) the classic white villages in Andalusia. The village is perched upon a picturesque hillside with small the villas divided by narrow alleys and streets. It always feels like a second home, since i am never stressed nor have the feeling that i have to do something special on my vacation i just take it easy. The locals are friendly especially if you can speak Spanish because non of them speaks more than two worlds English, so when visiting try to learn some Spanish. Siesta is something i would never get used to, everything is closed over noon and it then sort of looks like a ghost town but in the evening the gather around the bar to eat and drink. Enjoy tapas in Granada province because for every beer you buy you get a plate full with fish, olives or bread with steak.
