A visit to Canal Street
Located in south of Manhattan close to Chinatown, Canal Street a great place to shop. It has a large variety of different shops from designer clothes, shoes, handbags, electronics to low quality china products. The area is mostly known for its cheap shopping experience where price are also bargainable. The fastest and easiest way to get around is by subway or taxi although you would want to consider the time due to the traffic in Manhattan. To avoid blisters and tired feet i would advice for all shopping trips to where comfortable shoes because the distance can be quiet far.
Harlem
Close to the historical Apollo Theater on the Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd is a place to find cheap leather products as well as a lot of shops where by the prices are lower than at the Canal Street.
Century 21
If you are looking for a more comfortable way of shopping meaning less walking then Century 21 is the place. Its a huge Mall with a large variety of designer shopping of all different products at unbelievable prices. Its probably the most known shopping mall in the world. Its located directly next to Ground Zero at Cortlandt Street.
